Weekly coastal cargo from Rogaland\/western Norway to Trondheim, and Trondheim–Tromsø–Finnmark every Thursday. Vessels with up to 70-tonne lift capacity.
JPS operates two scheduled coastal services connecting Trondheim with the rest of Norway's coast. Our southbound line runs weekly from Rogaland and western Norway into Trondheim, while the northbound line departs every Thursday for Tromsø and western Finnmark.
The fleet calling on these routes includes some of the most modern coastal vessels in Norway, with lifting capacity of up to 70 tonnes per unit — suitable for everything from palletised goods to oversized machinery.
Beyond the regular timetable, we arrange full-vessel chartering and specialised transports on request, working with partner shipowners including Eidshaug Rederi, NSK Shipping, Scan-Shipping Bergen, Sjøvarg and Egil Ulvan Rederi to cover routes the scheduled lines don't.
We also handle the Trondheim leg for two international liner services: Sea-Cargo AS, arriving weekly on Wednesday evenings from the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark and the UK, and Smyril Line Cargo, arriving every Thursday morning from Rotterdam, Risavika and Bergen.
