Our clearance department handles inbound and outbound clearance for vessels calling Trondheim, the Trondheim Fjord and the wider mid-Norway coast — from offshore supply vessels and tankers to bulk carriers, newbuilds and barges.
JPS is the appointed agent for allied naval vessel visits and fleet calls to Trondheim, coordinating pre-arrival documentation, customs formalities, berth arrangements and shore-side logistics for military traffic.
We also clear vessels carrying project cargo and seasonal cruise ship arrivals, scaling our team up for larger assignments and one-off port calls alongside our regular clearance workload.
Ships don't keep office hours, and neither do we — our duty officer is reachable around the clock for urgent clearance requests outside normal business hours.
